Adblue emulator installation manual for IVECO EUROCARGO EURO 5
Step 1: Connecting Can Smart Adblue Emulator
1.1 Please remove dashboard panel to access the wiring as shown in the photos. Locate wires as per photos and connect the emulator.
1.2 Can Smart adblue emulator wire colours:

Step 2: Disabling the SCR system and NOx sensor
2.1 To disconnect SCR system, please locate the SCR system wire harness (located in the middle of the chassis) and cut 2 wires as per photo. Please make sure to isolate the wires properly afterwards.
2.2 To disconnect NOx sensor, please locate the sensor and cut the green wire (pin 1) as per photo. Please make sure to isolate everything properly after you have done so.
Step 3: Completing installation:
3.1 Now that you have installed the emulator and SCR system and NOx sensor has been disconnected, please switch ignition on (or start the vehicle) and check if adblue level is showing. If it does, this means the emulator is fully operational. 3.2 Turn ignition OFF, go back to the emulator and isolate all connections properly. Secure the emulator well to minimize vibration and make sure no water/moisture can get to it.
This completes installation.
