Adblue emulator installation manual for SCANIA EURO6 G SERIES
Device technical specification
Diagnostic function: Can Smart Scania Euro 6 emulator is also capable of clearing error codes. Once the emulator is installed, turn ignition on and press accelerator pedal down to the floor, hold it pressed for 10 seconds and then release, turn ignition off. The error codes should be cleared now.
NOTE: Unit Can Smart V7 for Scania Euro 6 G SERIES simulating SCR dosing system, two NOx sensors and DPF system.
Included in Scania Euro 6 kit:
1. Adblue emulator
2. Plug with wire harness
3. Off plug
Connect the wires from the plug as per instructions. Once connected plug the emulator into the plug.
To disconnect adblue emulator, leave wires connected, unplug the emulator and plug the off plug in. This will return SCR system back to normal operation.

Connection diagram
1. Connect emulator to the socket A of the EEC electronic unit (E67) located in the frame at the left side behind the cabin.
2. Connect CAN lines and GND of the emulator.
3. Cut the green wire connected to pin 12 on the EEC plug(E67). Connect the pink wire from the emulator to the end that leads to the vehicle. Connect the orange wire from the emulator to the end that leads to the pin 12.
Attention! Colors of the wires in socket A of EEC may be different. Connect only by pins numbers.
